Wire edge technique

We're going to be doing a wire edge  technique here here's the fender here  this is going to mark four so we felt  what's called a fender buck its  high-performance wooden structure that  does not get used in racing purposes so  this is only for the purpose of making a  pattern so you know what you're doing  anyways.

That's the sheet metal thunder  here before the wire gets put in and the  wire edges for strength just to kind of  clean the edge so this is a ROG here  we're going to tip it over one more time  and put a piece of welding wire that's  what I put in there and we're going to  use the bead roller to do that this is  called a tipping wheel.

And just a skinny  little wheel on the top and you just  apply upwards pressure with your piece  as you're rolling through it so it's  like doing a progressive Bend along a  curve it's like a brake but you can bend  on a curve just by applying upwards  pressure as you go so we're gonna show  how that goes we're going to do a line  marked out .

This is going to be where the  Cerebral runs here at  x-axis so now that we got the wire is done we  can see how it's back on the buck here  the rule that I've heard from the guy  that I've experienced is that it's like  a one finger rule so if you can hold  your piece on there with one finger in  it it's good then you've kind of done  your job so that's the bottom....
