Hendey Gear Repair

Repairing a pinon gear on a Hendey lathe that was built in June of 1910. The broken tooth was ground out and filled with silicon bronze braze and the tooth recut.

Here this is the first attempt at cutting gear teeth and silicon bronze brazing.

We will watch now how we can do this step by step ,so we can repair the broken tooth of this gear.
