CNC Machining of a spiral die at Zala Machine on our Mori Seiki NTX 2000

CNC Machining of a spiral die for the plastics industry, machined from scratch on our Mori Seiki NTX 2000. Started with a 13" dia round bar of 4140 heat treated steel and finished with a very pretty part.
It was sitting in there all along I just had to get it out.
